Time until enrolment

Enrolment FAQs

  • Enrolment begins on Thursday 21 August 2025

    1. Yourself – you must enrol in person

    2. Your exam results

    3. A year 11 school report or reference from your school to support your application

    4. Parent / Guardian contact Information, please have a phone number and an email address

    5. If you are not a British Citizen, please bring your passport or your home office documentation.

  • Please make sure you leave enough time to complete your enrolment. You may be with us for up to 3 hours.

  • We offer courses from Level 1 to Level 3. Each level of programme has different entry requirements, which are the different GCSE grades you need to get on the course. You’ll find these on each course information page.

Don’t worry if you don’t get great GCSE grades, we have Level 1 courses that don’t tend to have entry requirements. You can then work your way through the levels.

Some courses will also provide you the opportunity to retake your English and/or Maths GCSE alongside your full-time programme.

  • Don’t worry! Come to your enrolment appointment anyway. Our friendly team will talk you through your options and help you find the right course.

  • If you’re not 100% sure on what to study, that’s totally okay — we’re here to help you figure it out.

The best choice is something you enjoy and feel confident in.

If you're still deciding, come along and you will have the change to speak to our curriculum team and discuss what course suits you.

And if you change your mind after enrolment our friendly team can help you switch to a course that’s a better fit.

  • Please do not bring family members or young children or anyone else with you (unless they are enrolling too). However, should you need assistance at enrolment, just let our staff know on arrival.

  • You can call our friendly team Monday to Friday: 8am – 5pm on 0330 135 9000 or email info@ncclondon.ac.uk

We’re officially Outstanding!

New City College has been rated Outstanding by Ofsted (March 2025) — the highest grade possible.
