Why study Plumbing with NCC?

Plumbing  is both hands on and theory based. The practical part of our course is delivered in purpose-built workshops that have individual bays fitted.

  • Each students has their own work bay and to carry out practical work as though it were a live job. It really helps give us an insight into what life will be like in industry.

  • There is a wide range of opportunities in Plumbing, so it really depends on what pathway you choose when you finish. The average daily rate for a plumber in the UK is between £150 and £200.

  • After completing the Plumbing courses, you’ll have a qualification that shows employers and customers you have the skills to work in a range of jobs!

    Some students go into industry as plumbing technicians, who specialise in the service, repair and replacement of residential plumbing, heating, cooling systems.

    Other may become pipe fitters, steamfitters or gas service technicians.
