  • You will learn about many aspects of the hospitality and catering industry and gain hands on practical experience that develops team working skills.

  • Many NCC student’s progress to work in top restaurants, hotels, conferences, and contract catering companies.

  • NCC has its own restaurant and stylish bar and at both our Hackney (OKN1) and Redbridge (Rouge Restaurant) Campuses. This allows you to learn and work with professionals in a variety of roles as chefs, in restaurant service or at events.

    Also, you will get the chance to enter international competitions, workplace visits, paid work experience, trips abroad and much more.

  • You are all required to wear uniform in the kitchen.  The uniforms are ordered as part of induction week, which is the first week of term.
